Delivery & Returns

  1. Order preparation for shipment usually takes 1–2 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.
  2. For orders exceeding standard quantities or for pre-orders, preparation may take longer.
  3. Delivery within Lithuania via LP Express parcel terminals takes approximately 1–3 business days from the date of shipment.
  4. If you want to place an order to another European Union country, please contact us at hello@ritual-you.com and we will provide you with the available shipping options and fees.
  5. The Buyer must provide accurate delivery information. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  6. If it is impossible to fulfill the order (e.g., the product is out of stock), the Seller will immediately inform the Buyer and refund the amount paid.
  7. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product in accordance with EU law.
  8. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged.
  9. Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer, except in cases where the product is defective or of poor quality — in such cases, the costs are covered by the Seller.
  10. Refunds are made to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 days of returning the product or providing proof of shipment.
  11. Return procedure: Within 14 days of receiving the product, email hello@ritual-you.com with your order number, name, contact details, and IBAN. Once you receive confirmation, send the product to the specified address.
  12. If the product is defective, the Seller undertakes to either replace it or refund the payment.
